The answer to the above question is very simple as it revolves around you, the customer. People prefer to use a minicab rather than public transport as it is a different means of transport which caters for the variety of the customers’ needs. Furthermore, due to the busy schedule and hectic lifestyle of a typical Londoner their method of journey is mainly revolved around timing. I don’t need to tell you of the delays and how crowded it can get on public transport, especially the tube! A minicab is quick, convenient and reliable. It is for these reasons people prefer to travel using minicab rather than other means of transport.
